Hi. I’m Upgrade to see actual info. I am a freelancer from the Philippines and being an eCommerce VA is my main niche. I provide service to clients with eCommerce stores, performing various admin tasks and providing customer support.
I’ve worked as Technical Support/Customer Service Representative in the BPO Industry for 7 years, supporting different lines of businesses, and assisting customers globally through various communication mediums and CRMs.
