Before this role, I worked for three years as a Technician 1 in Managed Services at Emerson (now Copeland), where I handled Alarm Management, Technical Troubleshooting, and Team Collaboration. I’m also familiar with Salesforce CRM, VMWare, and SIP Softphone platforms.
I enjoy learning new systems, finding ways to improve processes, and helping teams deliver outstanding results. My background also includes cross-training in healthcare and assisting new members during onboarding to ensure a smooth transition.
For complete transparency, I currently have a full-time role (2 PM to 11 PM PHT). Still, I’m looking for part-time opportunities where I can dedicate 2 to 3 hours a day, especially during weekends or flexible hours outside my main schedule.
