Profile Description

- Handles Importation
- Purchasing Officer – Responsible for procuring materials and services for the company.
- Prepares shipping documents.
- Coordinates with Broker.
- Monitor the ETL, ETA and ETD of shipments.
- Manages and check stocks inventory.
- Acts as Representative for BAI (Bureau of Animal Industry).
- Apply for SPS Import Permit
- Apply for CFPR (Certificate of Feed Product Registration)
- HR Officer – Responsible for sourcing, conducts background checking, initial interview, employee relation, prepares memo, prepares employee contract, monitor employee performance.
- Executive Assistant (of the President) – Gives assistance to the President
- Reporting directly to the President
Entertain customer’s inquiry.
- Prepares price quotation to customers.
- Follow-up customers for their order.
- Prepares promotional scheme to be offer to customers which will help to boost company’s sales.
Call / follow-up customers for collections.
- Prepares counter receipts.
- Issue OR for clients request.
- Check payment made by the customers.
- Update customer's ledger / collection of every customers
- Check payables.
- Handles agents.
- Follow-up agents their daily report of itinerary.
- Follow-up agents for their customer's order or returned items.
