Profile Description

I've been with the BPO industry for almost 7 years now, I worked as a Customer Service Representative and Technical Care Support in those years and I've been with different LOB's as well like Telco, collections and sales also for a VPN account. Like what they say in most Telco companies, I have encountered different kinds of people, so I am glad to say that I have experience in dealing with people with different emotions. This helped me a lot when dealing with customers in my everyday life in the BPO industry. I am good at connecting with people and clients, empathizing and providing good customer service assistance, and ensuring they are satisfied. I am a teamplayer and also focused on doing my task properly which is also vital in this role I am applying for.
