Driven by my overflowing willingness, I would like to apply for any vacant position in your good company that would allow me to grow as an individual and is fairly suited to my acquired qualifications.
I am a very hardworking and self-motivated individual. I have an overall experience of 2 years working in the BPO industry (office-based) as a CSR and Data Analyst and also a year as a home-based VA/CSR/Chatter. Handling mostly Telco Accounts, Back office Accounts, Sales Accounts, and Social media accounts assisting them with their orders, locating their products, selling their products, and assisting them with their technical concerns. I also have experience creating and sending emails, order tracking & order processing for our valued customers. When covid happened I've been working various short-term part-time jobs as a VA handling logistics, customer service, chatter, email representative, and working on customer orders on the back end. I was also part of the billing and outbound industry.

It would be my privilege if your company would offer me a position regarding being a VA, Data Entry position, Customer service role, Excel, or any job that requires Microsoft Skills and any jobs that I would be able to use my skills as I'm confident in being able to absorb and learn quickly. Having an average of 55-70WPM, I guarantee you I can deliver fairly on any project as needed on time. I am also proficient in the English language which I take as an advantage for me to be able to answer calls from specific clients or customers delivering 100% good quality.
