Profile Description

1. Recruiter/ Technical Recruiter: Recruiting jobs for different Clients in different industries(IT, Engineering, Construction, etc). Doing end to end recruitment.Sourcing Candidates through different Job Upgrade to see actual infolling and interviewing qualified candidates.

2. LinkedIn Management - I have been using LinkedIn for 10 Years now and I am very familiar using it. 
- Sending outUpgrade to see actual infoch
- Lead Generation
- Sending In mails and Connection invites
- Replying to messages and etc

3. Virtual Assistant - I have been working closely to CEO's, managing schedules, meetings, managing emails, social media accounts, managing Slack accounts, and maintaining database using Hubspot.

4. Technical Sourcer/Sourcer:
I assist Technical Recruiters and Account Managers in finding qualified candidates, especially with the most difficult requirements. I source mostly for technical jobs, full time regular as well as contract positions. I am very proficient at maximizing tools such as Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, LinkedIn, Craigslist, Bullhorn, Indeed, HotJobs, Jigsaw, Upgrade to see actual info  and a lot more. 
I know the ins and outs in sourcing: playing with key words to be able to find qualified candidates and I am also very proficient in Boolean search. 
I also serve as a researcher for candidates who didn’t include their contact information on their resume especially candidates from LinkedIn. I utilize several websites to look for their email addresses and contact numbers. Aside from that I also build contacts from different companies all over the US with their contact info like email or direct phone number.

5. Upgrade to see actual infol Estate Researcher:
Aside from working full time I am also working part time as a Upgrade to see actual infol Estate researcher in one of the Upgrade to see actual infol estate company in NY. I build list of for sale by the owner apartments, condo's, houses and etc. I am using different site such as Upgrade to see actual info, streeteasy and etc. 

I prefer to establish a long term business relationship with a few clients rather than jumping from client to client.
