Profile Description

Are you looking for an experienced Customer Service Professional with over 8 years of working experience? A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Marketing Management. I have worked as a billing, sales, technical, gaming, and insurance support in a call center for over 7 years under the AT&T, Warner Brother, ESPN & Insurance accounts on the same company. I started as a Live Chat / Email Consultant support for a year plus. I transitioned to a voice account and got promoted to a Subject Matter Expert. I consider myself equipped with all the VA skills needed for the job but I know I still need to learn a lot. I am highly trainable and can quickly learn tasks. I am an expert in using different business tools. I am also used to managing large numbers of inbound and outbound calls including emails.  After leaving BPO, I became a Freelancer Lead Gen and Appointment setter in a real estate, beauty product, and medical spa company for almost a year. Seeking opportunities to leverage my expertise and contribute to your team's success since that is one of my top priorities.
