Profile Description

After Earning my college degree in Psychology, I have been exposed to corporate jobs. Wherein I have learn and develop my knowledge and skills on clerical and Occupational Safety,
As an HR and Admin officer I have learned and master on profiling employees, recruitment and selection, evaluates for promotions and awards, issued memorandum for misconduct and behavioural issues on job, and most especially adapting on different personalities have encountered
while working.
Certified Safety Officer, I earned this role while performing my job as mention above, My previous employer look up to me when they are looking for someone to attend on a safety seminar which moderate by the Department of Labor here in the philippines, I am grateful with the said seminar because I have learn many things such as health issues while working especially if it affects the employee, Safety of employee in terms of right PPE to be used, gathered reports and pass it to the authorities for evaluation.
