With work experience as an IT Specialist-Graphic Designer and Admin assistant in my previous company for more than 6 years.
As an IT Specialist/Graphic Designer in my previous company, my duties are:
• Website Layout Planning/Designs
• Graphic Designer for Company Advertisement
• Make a design for Boss Personal Restaurant menu, restaurant logos, and icons.
• Creating promos and Layout designs used by the Sales Team of our company.
• Troubleshoot PC, Printers, Office Internet
• Configure Windows VPS Servers
• Updating Company Website, Reviewing and Monitoring Website Content
• Creating Backup files
As an Admin Assistant, my duties are:
• Filling Office- Admin Documents
• Checking Employee Biometric attendance
• Records all Employees’ information Newly hired/resigned. -including biometrics and attendance for new and resigned employees,
• Also managing records of each employee's benefits and travel vacations every year.
I am flexible in my working hours, being able to work on weekends and holidays.
