Profile Description

I am a very hardworking and self-motivated individual. I have an overall experience of more than 3 years working  online. I have been a Virtual Assistant, Customer Service Rep, Appointment setter and Email Support on various e-commerce business. I also have experience in Sales as a VA/Cold Caller of a real estate company, including my experience as a Chat Support on a Social Media Platform.
I have handle customer service concerns and setting appointments for clients. I also have experience doing and sending emails, answering  tickets, live chat support, order tracking & order processing for our valued customers. As part of my job in regards to sales, i do inbound and outbound calls, do follow ups, build rapport, track sales and do after shifts reports.

It would be my privilege if you would offer me a position with clerical tasks or any jobs that require Microsoft Skills, I also have experience with Shopify, Canva, Batchdialer, Close, Gmail, Godaddy and Gorgias. Having an average of 70-78WPM, I guarantee you I can deliver fairly at any projects as needed before time. I am also proficient in the English language which I take as an advantage for me to be able to converse well and engage in answering calls from certain clients delivering 100% good quality.
