I design AI-driven operational systems that transform manual business processes into intelligent automated workflows.



With over 10 years of experience in IT, automation, and enterprise systems, I have built and delivered automation solutions across finance, HR, operations, and business process environments. My work focuses on combining RPA, AI-assisted tools, and workflow orchestration to create systems that reduce manual workload and improve operational efficiency.



Rather than automating individual tasks, I focus on designing end-to-end automation systems that integrate multiple tools, workflows, and data sources into a single operational flow.



Currently, I work as an AI & Automation Systems Lead, building AI-assisted workflow solutions and intelligent email processing systems to support mortgage operations and business automation.
