 I am a professional teacher, a former customer service representative, and a virtual assistant. Exploring different types of jobs really taught me a lot. I learned how to be well organized, communicate effectively, be flexible, adaptable, problem solver, and detail-oriented. Most significantly, I developed a positive attitude, which I know is better than hiring someone with all the skills but the wrong attitude. I also believe anything can be learned if you want to learn it. 

My passion is helping people with their needs, which is why I became a teacher and a customer service representative. I want to help people with their businesses by offering any assistance they need to make their lives easier so they can focus on more essential tasks.
