to different flavors and recipes that customers really liked. This shows that I

problems. Furthermore, my experience in a fast-paced call center helped me improve
my customer service skills. I learned how to build strong relationships with
clients and solve problems quickly, whether it’s on the phone or through email.
My key strengths lie in transaction processing and data quality assurance, along
with my creative skills in recipe development and my proficiency in providing efficient
customer service. With a proven track record of successfully managing projects
such as processing Rice Program vouchers and maintaining data accuracy in the

We process the transaction files from the LGU that contain the names of farmers who are qualified to receive vouchers using Excel and the rice program system. After processing the vouchers and distributing them to the farmers who can claim the voucher, the merchants who received the voucher from the farmer will send us a list of all the vouchers collected from the farmers. We will then proceed to liquidate and pay the merchant. Once we have liquidated all the vouchers, we will scan the vouchers as proof that they have been liquidated and that there is no remaining balance. In RSBSA, we randomly check the farmers in the system and compare the documents sent by the farmers to ensure that the information matches what was encoded by the encoder to avoid discrepancies. This is to ensure data quality.
