I was born on Aug. 14, 1992 and am a mother of two beautiful daughters aged 4 and 2 and a furmom to an 8 year old terrier who are the main reasons why I want to work extra hard. I got married last March 3, 2022 to the father of my kids and just in case you want something to smile about, we love dogs! ??
I graduated last 2012 in PWC of Davao with a BS in Hotel and Restaurant Management. I haven't had a chance to really work in the hotel and restaurant industry, but all my work experience is like working in those if you'll try to analyze it.
I started working at the age of 19 way back in April 2012 and was a Market Research Interviewer for Dynata Global (formerly SSI Inc) and what I did was call people in the USA and ask them of their opinions about topics like their political, religious, gender beliefs, etc. I, then, gather their opinions verbatim and submit them to our clients so that they could use it the way they wanted to. I was with them for almost 3 years and am proud to say that I was always one of the top agents/producers for Dynata Global. 
I got a lot of things to be grateful for working in Dynata Global cos I was able to understand the importance of being early/on time and how great it feels like to hit quotas/targets. I also had the chance to exercise my English speaking and writing skills and I am proud to say that I am praised for how American native-like I sound when conversing in English and I have a C2 level of English vocabulary and grammar.
Come November 2014, I resigned and applied to Teleperformance as a Billing Chat Support Representative for the AT&T account. I was only with them for 5 months since the account got dissolved. What I did when I was still with them was that I handled 2-3 inbound chats from AT&T users and helped them out with their billing concerns. Within the first 3 months, I was immediately a Subject Matter Expert since I was hitting targets as far as satisfactory rates are concerned and the quality of service I did in my chats were at best.
I admit that the said account was a challenging one for me, but I'm still glad I did it since I've learned how to deal with customers with grace while under pressure. I also had the chance to practice my keenness in acquiring customer's details and how it is equally important to value the quality of work that you do with the quantity.
After the account got dissolved, I, then, had my first online employer way back in April 2015. I was a reservation specialist for ProReservations and I handled incoming calls/emails for people who'd like to book their transportation needs. I was with them for 5 years and the only reason I stopped working with them was that the pandemic happened and it gravely affected my previous employer's transportation business so he had to let go of us slowly.
It was still a blessing that it happened because it gave me a way to be in my most dreaded field/account – tech-related accounts.
I got hired as a tech chat support specialist for Pixel Labs LLC by Helium 10 last August 2020 and was with them for a year. Helium 10 is a software that helps Amazon and Walmart sellers manage their e-commerce business. What I did for them was answer incoming chats/emails via Intercom and Zendesk regarding their concerns about the Helium 10 software and also billing concerns regarding their software subscription. I resigned cos when I got my 2nd child, I had PPD. I got depressed and I wasn't mentally well.
When I finally got okay, I, then, applied to my most recent employer, Brite Labs. I was with them from November 2021 until June 2023. I was in charge of tracking their Amazon Listing Status and PPC Status. I was also the one in charge of providing the best customer service I could give via email while handling their billing concerns, dropshipping and inventory management.
Based on my work experience, I could really say that I am used to doing jobs that I have no knowledge of, but once I am trained with it, I will be performing at my best. I always make sure to prioritize the growth of the company I'm working with and make that as a motivation to work hard and smart so that I could be of help to the company's growth.
