I have worked for 2 years in a international contact center that is based on the Philippines I handled a Home internet account which is based on UK I support Technical and billing side of the product also I was in charge with the sales as well. my last contact center was a in house account a mobile provider based on Australia I was with the company for 3 years , Again I handled Technical support and Customer service also was one of the Escalations officer for the product.
