I have been working as Customer a Chat Support as for almost 5 years in a BPO company here in Davao City for a VOIP service. During those years, it allows to develop not only my skills but also my personal character. It has molded me to be more patient, to be more resourceful and flexible as well as pushing myself beyond my limitation, these characters helped me to stay in the company for almost 5 years.
I also had experience in doing full-time job called Web Research Specialist. I like this job because it seems that I have gone through places by looking at their sites. Actually, I have the task of looking personnel like accounting managers, city administrators, engineers with their respective contact number and email addresses of every town and cities of 50 states in the US.
I'm very Flexible and a fast learner. I'm an Enthusiastic Customer Service Proficient and Fast Typing Skill (40 WPM) with Interpersonal Skills where I can work with less supervision.
Good written and verbal presentation skills. Trustworthy and ability of being resourceful.
Willing to try new things and am interested in improving efficiency on assigned tasks Creative that go beyond standard procedures and very optimistic.
I can say that I very resourceful in doing research and very much willing to learn new skills and training with regards to any kind of tasks given.
