Profile Description

I am excellent when it comes to cold calling, customer service and admin tasks. I had 4 years of experience doing calls most likely inbound calls but I also handled outbound calls. I had 3 years of experience doing freelance encoding and I was a collections representative way back 2016. I am also good when it comes to editing because I have my own printing business. Taking calls , data entry and appointment setting or cold calling is my expertise and I am well trained to these kind of tasks. I also have a good communication skills and I can confidently speak to Managers and CEO's.
