Profile Description

I'm in charge of almost 100 SKUs of our products that are sold and housed at Amazon FBA Fulfillment Centers. Forecasts, restocking, re-orders for Amazon FBA from China to the United States, and third-party logistics (3PL) suppliers are among them.

In addition, I perform the following tasks:
-Creating a forecast or demand plan using sales velocity while monitoring FBA inventory, including production, shipments, and orders shipped from 3PL warehouses to Amazon fulfillment centers.
-Making Amazon FBA shipping plans, shipping labels, and 3PL POs.
-Inventory reconciliation against anticipated inventory quantities, submit cases or reimbursement claims for products that are gone missing is seller central.
-Regularly updating COGS, product prices, and inventories
-Ensures data accuracy (e.g. inventory levels and availability dates) in all our online data
-Send emails or use the WeChat/Whatsapp application to communicate with our suppliers, freight forwarders, and 3PL teams.
-Managing database of expenses, invoices, earnings, and product costs using our cloud storage
-Excellent knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets skills for data and inventory management, including logical statements, nested if functions, arrays, tables, conditional formatting, name ranges, index and match, vlookup, importrange, data validation, and pivot tables.
-Contributes to the development of standard operating procedures and the enhancement of our inventory management processes.
