Profile Description

I'm a registered nurse with 4 yrs of experience in hospital and government health unit. Patient care is always on top of  my priority, hence establishing rapport through verbal and non-verbal communication, proper assessment of patients' needs,
quality nursing intervention with the provision of appropriate skills and critical thinking are my significant skills in practicing my career. Moreover, knowledgeable in computer is an advantage to me. Currently working as Quality assurance rep as primarily reviewing the different clinical notes submitted by PT, OT and ST , as well as verifying documentation based on home health policies and applying CMS/Medicare and private insurance guidelines .  Also, assisting in monitoring of patient's chart, frequency of visits and others. In addition, I am in-charge of orienting new hired therapist about Devero and clinical documentation. Additionally, I review O ---------- notes.
