Worked as customer service specialist for six years in telemarketing sales. I manage multiple accounts on a day to day basis by assisting them with their orders, payments and deliveries. I also handle concerns and queries. I attend to customer needs from order concerns to delivery mishaps or just some random personal advice that my client needs in order to establish a strong and trustworthy relationship with our patrons.
I am used to working in a fast paced environment and have a huge tolerance for pressure. I plan out my daily tasks and make sure to accomplish each before the workday ends in order to maintain a healthy work and life balance.
