Profile Description

Worked as customer service specialist for six years in telemarketing sales. I manage multiple accounts on a day to day basis by assisting them with their orders, payments and deliveries. I also handle concerns and queries. I attend to customer needs from order concerns to delivery mishaps or just some random personal advice that my client needs in order to establish a strong and trustworthy relationship with our patrons.

I am used to working in a fast paced environment and have a huge tolerance for pressure. I plan out my daily tasks and make sure to accomplish each before the workday ends in order to maintain a healthy work and life balance. I have played a huge role in being a team player and an efficient independent worker. I maintain a good relationship with my colleagues and ensure to add positive contribution may it be in number or in morale.

I am well versed when it comes to technology and take it upon myself to learn and master the process of every task that is assigned to me. Learning is a process and everyday I strive to learn new things that will be helpful and keep my job productive. 
I have had training on General Virtual Assistance, Social Media Management and Amazon Seller Virtual Assistance. I’ve dedicated myself to learning as much as I could and I am more than ready to take on another role as a virtual assistant.
