Hi, I'm Upgrade to see actual info, a virtual assistant based in the Philippines. I've been managing different accounts for a year already and most of my clients are satisfied with my work. I am good at various administrative assistant tasks and I can also do inbound/outbound calls.
I'm also a property management customer service support. I can handle most of the guest inquiries, filing for the maintenance report, and reservation requests for interested leads.
