I have been in the BPO industry for more than six years, starting as a customer service representative assisting customers with account changes, financial statements, and technical support needs. In my second year, I was upskilled for the Dealers support group, working alongside store representatives aiding customers' account maintenance. After another year, I decided to take on a role as a Trainer, teaching newbies product knowledge and processes, provided up training to upskill agents in operations. After three years in the training department, I decided to step up and move on to operations as a Team Lead, managing a group of individuals to driver performance.
