Hi, I'm Riyalyn and I currently remote work for UK, US and EU based businesses from the Philipines after a few years in Kuala Lumpur before COVID. I'm an extremely driven, results-oriented individual with over four years of experience in customer service.
I thrive in a team setting and work efficiently to solve customer problems while remaining calm under pressure. With my last few years of employment being remote, I have also learned that I am incredibly comfortable with being independent and providing only the highest quality of work with minimal supervision.
These qualities are obvious when benchmarked against KPIs and with the quality of work I provide. Due to my background, I'm highly skilled in live chat, email, and phone support while familiar with many remote tools such as Zendesk, Citrix, and Slack, to name a few.
As a quick learner, I catch on to new systems and programs with ease.
