Responsible handling a class of 10 students of age 15-35 years old group of 1 year for a different nationality ,teaching them basic English to improve their communication skills and also we teach them natural things, animals ,environment anRd also we conducting small tests everymonth
for checking their development and improving the knowledge they learned from our school and also meet the parents of the childrens to discuss the progress and needs and also we received some certificates from our school on how i do take care my class and treat my students in a goodway its my pleasure that i been working there ive learned a lot of things.

and i know its not easy because i am a new that industry but we believe my self and i trust my self that everything has a process we learned step by step.Working in this industry as a Customer service we need to understand and followed the basic rules first give attention to details,active listening,providing a good services,build customer loyalty,postive attitude,time management,be good to customer, and also the seven essential
things that i need to remember working in this kind of indusrty the first one is the positive mind and attitude being calm and cheerful when things go wrong.The second thing is Communication you can say and listen information clearly when you speak or write,third teamwork,fourth self management,fifth willingness and eagerness to learn,the sixth one is thinking skills like problem solving and deciscion making and the last one is resillience.
