Fueled with grit, I have been working since 2010 using the Spanish language in different fields such as Customer Service, Translation, Social Media Management and Data Entry. The challenges at the onset of the these jobs were present but I was able to fulfill my responsibilities ---------- has shaped my work ethics and my goals as a team player.
I have translated different documents such as Birth Certificates, Surveys, Lease Contracts, Call Center Scripts, Social Media Live Scripts and a lot more.
I do manage social media pages in Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn utilizing Reels, Stories, and Lives. I do the content creation, graphics design, video editing, and copywriting. I also manage the messages and comment replies. I use Canva for my Graphic Design. I also use AI-generated tools but continue to use my validation.
As as Customer Service Representative, empathy, product knowledge and efficiency one of the things that helped me become successful. I worked with one of the biggest food company in the world and worked with them for 4 ---------- was an amazing experience and I have learned a lot.
I know from my heart that I can offer a lot from the skills I have acquired over the years and my work ---------- allenges may arise but it can be solved.
