I was in the contact center industry for over five years with an extensive experience in Customer Service, Customer Retention, Telesales, and Team Management.
I have been a Virtual Admin Assistant and an Internal Sales Associate/Appointment Setter for real estate companies in USA and Canada since of May 2015.
I am a very passionate and outrageously optimistic person. I give all my attention, time and effort to whatever it is that I do. I am highly dedicated to excellence. When I was in the contact center industry, I have consistently delivered exceptional performance. I started as a rank-and-file employee but because of my dedication, hard work, and discipline, I was later promoted as a as a Team Leader. I am also an extremely reliable person and I sincerely believe that a good employee does not only deliver excellent performance but must also exhibit exemplary behavior.
