Profile Description

I have been working with contact centers here in the Philippines for 7 years and my main tasks as customer support are answering inbound/outbound calls, respond to emails and chat. I have been employed to different type of clients such as retail companies (Fingerhut, Gettington and Target), insurance company (QBE Ltd AU) and banking (Chase Bank). I have been a workforce analyst for a year which my main task is do reporting (AHT, service level, absenteeism, etc.) and to meet service level in a daily basis. While working graveyard, I have found a side hustle for me during the day which is real estate. I sell properties such as condos and house & lot. I have my own Facebook page and ran my own advertisements. Lastly, I am well skilled when it comes to advertisements (targeting audience: demographic, behavioral, etc.) since I always have high number of inquiries which turned to sales conversion.
