Profile Description

I am Upgrade to see actual info, a project and account manager with over 13 years’ experience in creative and content; working with international clients delivering campaigns from inception to distribution and exceeding expectations.

As project manager for John Brown Media from January 2014 to June 2020, I have helped maximise ROI for a wide portfolio of clients by being creative with budgets and resources.  I was overall in-charge in the production of lifestyle catalogues for clients like Home Centre (Dubai and India) and Asian Paints (India); as well as food client like Spinneys (Dubai).

My responsibilities involve scoping projects, contracts, creative commissioning, client and budget management, as well as full project lead.

As project manager for Home Centre Dubai’s Home Catalogue (2014 – 2019), I successfully managed annual photo shoot productions, which run from 16 to 21 shoot days, managing over 50 freelance talents from different backgrounds and nationalities.These are then translated into printed catalogues, produced in English and Arabic languages, across 21 different versions distributed across Lebanon, Egypt, and the GCC territories, with a print run of over 2 million copies.

My work also brought me to India and the Philippines to manage photo shoots, share best practices and ensure a smooth working relationship between international creative teams and our clients’ local manpower.Prior to working for John Brown Media, I worked as production coordinator and assistant to the associate publisher at Explorer Publishing.

My role involved overseeing the entire production process for contract and retail projects, as well as filling in for project managers in their absence, to ensure scope of work and timelines are adhered Upgrade to see actual info addition to project and production time management, my responsibilities also included drafting contracts and tenders, supplier quotations, quality assurance, freelance coordination and print management.

My meticulous organization skills, work ethics, backed by experience in customer service as well as my accounting background, helped me to ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and exceeding client expectations.
