Profile Description

I used to be a part time student before, and I was working as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant with my colleague for a US based broker. We are under E-lance, now Upwork that time. Then, when our contract was finished I worked in a Real Estate company as Sales Admin, so I do all the reports, documentation and marketing for the company.
Then I started working as a Customer Service Representative for Globe Telecom (network company), I do face to face interaction with our customers and I do technical assistance for our customers. Then, I was transffered as a Store Administration Specialist. As a store admin, I was the one who verifies the legitimacy of the applicant for our postpaid plan offer, and I do all the reports for the store and coordinate it to different departments.
After Globe Telecom, I worked as a Field Trainer for Samsung Electronics. I do technical trainings for the frontliners and I make the training materials as well.
I also need to ensure the efficiency of our frontliners and put it in our reports.
Then, I worked again in a real estate company as a Sales Channel Management or Broker Coordinator. I do the marketing and assisting for the brokers and their clients.
Currently, I am working as a Client Support Specialist for a Human Resource Outsourcing company. I provide assistance to our client's for the offers that our company provided to them. So I do walkthrough or navigation for them. And put in a report.
