 I am an eager and committed chat support agent and billing clerk, ready to provide both individuals and businesses with real-time problem-solving, outstanding technical assistance, and customer service concerns. I am also knowledgeable in creating graphic designs and websites using Canva.

As an email chat support and billing clerk, I'm an individual with excellent time management, communication, typing, multitasking, and communication skills. I am highly organized, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable in clerical and administrative procedures. I am also an individual who is reliable, trustworthy, and conscientious. I am proficient in using communication platforms and some productivity tools. I am also well-versed in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Sites.

As a Canva designer, I am creative and artistic. Turning the concepts into visuals is one of my skills. 

My ability to interact with others is one of my strengths. I can ensure client satisfaction by providing excellent customer service, giving them the solutions they need, and feeling at ease when interacting with clients and colleagues.
