I have attained expertise in various industries in my 20 year career. As a relatively young executive, I have attained extensive experience from different conglomerates and multi-national companies, which I believe would make me a valuable employee in every organization I join. My career spans from different industries from Real Estate, Hospitality Operations, Information Technology, Manufacturing and Logistics. I have attained end to end operations and business development expertise in these industries, which I would like to offer my future employers. I believe that the Internet of Things will allow me to help different businesses overseas and enable me to showcase my abilities in the global scale.
For start-up companies, I can help you conduct studies and set operational procedures. I can develop your workflow and find solutions to start-up challenges so we can both mitigate the effects of birth pains and establish our roadmap.
For small to medium enterprises, we will scale-up your business and lay down the expansion programs but first we will strengthen the foundation of the business which is sales and marketing. We will create operational improvements towards efficiency and effective management of resources. We will review our financial data and align it with your vision to lay down the infrastructure and prepare the company for growth. We will work on strategies to maximize opportunities for business development and grow the market to explore new possibilities.

I don’t shy away from leadership roles but I always observe system protocols to preserve the integrity of the operations and reciprocate the trust and confidence of the stakeholders. I believe I will bring in various industry best practices in business development from sales management, funnel build up, affiliate and joint venture projects, financing and Venture Capitalist engagement.
My mastery of different operations and workflow management tasks from various industries will complement my skills in forming strategic framework. I believe this sets me apart from others because I can do both from my experience in top management roles.
My recent engagement was to work for a conglomerate handling diverse real estate operations covered by five companies engaged in residential development, leasing. hospitality, leisure and property management. I also handled the business improvement and business continuity program of its manufacturing arm engaged in food and F&B operations. All of these businesses produce an annual revenue of $50M USD.
I have worked as General Manager for the biggest Heritage Resort in the Philippines handling more than 200 rooms, five restaurant outlets, amenities and five event venues. Under my watch are eight departments comprised of 300 organic and on-call employees helping me produce an annual revenue of $10M USD.
I have worked as a Vertical Manager for an ISO certified IT Company handling the Customization, Sales and Implementation of Esri’s ArcGIS Platform. I acquired training from our Principal Esri and got acquainted with their team producing multi million dollar software solutions around the world.
I used my knowledge of various industries to identify pain points and set-up our suite of software application as a solution to these challenges. I eventually built a roadmap for their growth with our system playing an integral part to their success. I used Salesforce CRM for Account Management and Admin Operations. I have also learned how to use various software such as Zoho, Clickup and Infusionsoft in project management and finance.
