Profile Description

I've spent 11+ years in customer service for e-commerce brands - furniture, home decor, fashion, and health supplements - so I know what good CS actually looks like at ground level and at the team lead level.

Right now I manage day-to-day support for a supplements brand via Gorgias, handling emails, live chats, social media comments, escalations, chargebacks, and everything in between. I also train new tea ---------- mbers, build macro templates, write SOPs, and work directly with suppliers and 3PL teams when fulfillment goes sideways.

Tools I work with regularly: Shopify, Gorgias, Meta Business Suite, Google Sheets, Slack, Gmail.
If you need someone who can just handle tickets cleanly, I can do that. If you need someone who can also build systems, train a team, and flag recurring issues before they become bigger problems, that's where I'm most useful.
