Just a quick background: I have been a professional Researcher and Recruiter for ten years. Recruiting from Customer Service Reps to AWS DevOps Engineers to Construction Workers and almost any industry as long as I get the complete job description and your preferences (discretely).
I have my own access to LinkedIn Recruiter but very comfortable sourcing without it, as long as there is internet.
I can source the entire web including under-utilized sites like Github, Stack Overflow, Behance, Xing and others. As long as Google X- ---------- / Boolean search can reach it I can find them.
