I have been working remotely since 2013 for a couple of companies (details provided in my resume) as an inbound and outbound customer service agent, email specialist, chat support, social media support, and copywriter.

I am familiar with Shopify, Zendesk, Gorgias, HelpScout, Klaviyo, Marketing Airtable, Slack, Kanbanize, ClickUp, and social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and Twitter.

As a customer service agent, I provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat support channels. Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and empathetic manner. I collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and improve service processes. I also respond to Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and Twitter messages and comments.

As a copywriter and editor, I write blogs and email marketing copies, edit and write website content, create post captions for Facebook and Instagram, and schedule posts using Sked Social and Tweetdeck.

As a brand manager, I communicate with difficult customers to settle issues and concerns. I also respond to customer reviews through various review sites like Upgrade to see actual info, Trustpilot, and Upgrade to see actual info.
