1. All aspects in Human Resources (e.g., Recruitment, Onboarding [including the draft of NDA and different types of Employment Contracts], Training, Compensation and Benefits [using different Payroll platforms] Collective Bargaining and Employee Retention) and Human Resources Management;

2. Various fields in Accounting and bookkeeping such as: (Bank Reconciliation, Preparation of Financial Statements, Tax compliance, Payroll and Internal financial audit);

3. Legal Practice such as case planning, legal research and drafting of pleadings and motions; and

4. Business formation which includes business registration in the Philippines to various government agencies and government compliance (i.e. DTI, SEC, LGUs, BIR, AMLC, DENR, DOE, DOLE, SSS, PHILHEALTH, PAG-IBIG).
