Profile Description

I have over 4 years experience with the BPO industry as a Customer service and Sales Representative. Handled Inbound Calls, providing Customers with information about products and services, obtaining details of complaints and providing them with solutions. I also have an experience with Order taking. With knowledge of processes of customer needs, providing them with the products and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
My experience working as a member of a team contributed a lot in developing my excellent communication, problem solving and time management skills. I am able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
I am looking for a job where I can learn more and grow personally and professionally, and of course be able to share my skills and contribute to the expansion of the company.
