I've been working in the BPO industry for almost 3 years. I was a Customer Service Rep, Technical service rep , sales representative,and Data Entry Agent. I also experienced to be an outbound sales agent and an Appointment Setter for 3 months. I've learned a lot from being an employee in different companies before and I always apply what I learned. My biggest attribute is that I am proud that I  was once a top agent for almost 5 consecutive months. I have time management, I'm a disciplined person, a fast learner, I am dedicated to my work, goal-oriented, responsible,  I am also a team player, I am open for feedback and most of all I am the person who doesn't give up easily. When the pandemic hit our country last 2 years, Working at home was a good opportunity for me so I dUpgrade to see actual info to work at home since I have  kids. So I don't want to be exposed outside for the protection of my family. Being a single mom is hard and challenging but to keep going and share the love and kindness to my kids everyday. Working at home is very convenient, because you can spend more time with your family, hassle-free for the traffic, and most important is you can save more money. I hope that I will have the opportunity to be part of this company.  Good in communication skills both oral and written, hardworking person, can do overtime. I am also a fast learner, I can handle every task that will be assigned to me.
