After 7 years of Technical and Customer Service Support experience in the BPO industry, I am now aspiring to take my knowledge and skills to a higher level by venturing the online world. I'm an ALL-IN-ONE PACKAGE: Technical Support/ Virtual Assistant/ Customer Service/ Data Researcher. You'll never go wrong with me.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
• MS Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7 & 8 installation, operation and troubleshooting
• Microsoft Office Installation, troubleshooting and basic operation
• Good understanding of TCP/IP based networks
• Effectively manage issues through multiple forms of inbound requests such as queue calls (Phone), e-mails, web forms, or client tracking databases whichever is necessary.
• Troubleshoot customer PCs to diagnose and repair problems: Windows XP, Vista, 7 and 8 Platforms to the registry level, home networks (wired and wireless) and other networking technologies.
• Setup and configrue all peripheral equipments, printers.
• Identify and remove Malware and Viruses.
• Research and apply latest solution strategies to repair PCs.
