Hi, I started as a technical support agent, handles a printer account, worked my way up and became an L2 mentor and now I currently work as a Sales Manager in one of the biggest BPO Company in the Philippines.
I handle 5 LOBs, ensuring all are passing the sales metrics given by our client.
I do sales training, coaching team leaders, do business reviews with our client, handles the whole finance of the account.
I also do engagement activities and assist in the compliance for the whole LOB.
