I started as a customer service representative in a Telecommunication account based in the UK from 2011 to 2020. We are in charge of explaining bills, upselling, basic troubleshooting of their broadband and mobile phones. I also worked in the collections team, ensuring that accounts are up to date; we manage promise to pay and payment plans to help them pay their outstanding balance.
My recent work is as a team leader in the content moderation team wherein we monitoring and applying a pre-determined set of rules and guidelines to user-generated submissions to determine best if the communication (a post, in particular) is permissible or not.
