I am currently working as a Salon Receptionist for almost 7 years. Booking and confirming appointments via phone call and social media messaging.
I also do processing

I update clients records with contact and billing details, appointments and services offered. Hands-on experience with office equipment, like printers and MS Office and POS.
Excellent communication abilities (verbal, phone) with a customer service attitude. I also do payroll and as an assistant HR..
An ability to remain calm under stressful circumstances.
