I help them build trust with motivated sellers and get relevant information about the property and land owners. I have been trained in   TTP making calls and know how to turn in the detailed documentation.

Lead Generation/Web Research:
I have an extensive experience in research and providing Lead Generation for a wholesale real estate company and different industries like eCommerce and fitness. I have experience using different many to mention CRMs such as Mojo, Redex, and Zillow, I also used tools such as D7 Lead Finder, Prop stream, Slack, Upgrade to see actual info, Google Apps, Follow-Up Boss, calendly, Gohighlevel and many more.,

Web Research/Web Scraping:
