Profile Description

As Account Receivable/ Collections Rep, my job is to communicate directly to client/reseller to collect payment on past due invoices through call and email. This role requires a high level of of customer service, negotiation and problem-solving skills because aside from collections we do reconcile accounts with their dispute on charges like freight, pricing, sales tax and debit memo. We also process credit and rebill, refund(check, credit card, wire and ach) and reinstatement.
I'm comfortable in calling clients to ask for payment since I've been in the field of collections for a total of 11 years and in BPO for the past 15 years  working on nightshift to follow clients time(EST, CST and PST).
