Profile Description

My name is Upgrade to see actual info, I worked in a BPO for over 10 years and was assigned in different roles and department that included Sales , Customer Service or Phone Support, Data Entry, Research, Chargeback/Dispute Handling, Training, Email Support, Chat Support, Recruitment, Accounting, Basic IT skills, Team Lead, Managerial, Admin work and was an Operations Manager on site with over 100 employees. I can say that I have learned a lot of skills and my experience taught many things valuable that I will be happy to share and use for my clients that would hire me.
For the past 3 years, I've dUpgrade to see actual info to work as a Freelance worker specializing in Sales, Lead Gen, outbound calling and Virtual Assistance, working hand in hand with managers, updating our customers database CRM for their rebates and submission. I also worked with accounting, updating our technicians commission base on their jobs completed and payments of our customers. 
I can say that I am a fast learner, I am adept in my professional skills that I've learned over the years. I am detailed oriented person and I am looking for the company or organization or a business client that I can provide my services to dedicatedly. I value coming to work everyday, I value and enjoy my work and I treat everybody with respect. I can work with less supervision to working independently and I am passionate to my work. I also love completing my jobs on or before deadlines.
