Profile Description

I have worked as a Procurement and Logistics Staff  in a multinational company for 4 years.
I was in-charge of the following tasks:
- coordinate with Materials Department regarding schedule of on-shore and off-shore deliveries.
- conduct canvassing of items requisitioned and select supplier based on policy guidelines.
- support Maintenance and Operations Department to manage and maintain the company's material and stocked products inventory including stock profiles and stock locations.
- ensure that any materials that are late or holding up in production for whatever reason are chased and followed up until received.
- ensure that there is no late delivery of materials.
- prepare Request for Payment of completed deliveries.
- preparation of Letter of Credit application.
- coordinate with Forwarders and Brokers regarding on all Customs Matters.
- coordinate with government agencies concerning the import shipments.
- status monitoring and record keeping.
