I am an experienced industrial engineer and a customer service representative for 2.5 years wherein I have reached customer satisfaction and exceeded their expectations by giving my best customer service to my clients. I am confident that all of my projects for my past jobs have an excellent quality due to my dedication at work. -Communicate (face-to-face and virtually)  with suppliers and customers worldwide with regards to the development and defects/problem encountered during the process
-Prepare a summary of all the activities and process done for the week 
-Data entry for all of the information of the upcoming parts to be developed
-Managed a facebook and instagram page for my online business
