I've been doing customer service and after-sales service for 7 years and I specialize in helping companies handling complaints, returns, queries and technical issues thru email, phone calls, video calls and eCommerce platforms. Aside from my hard skills, my employer commended me also for my soft skills. I've assisted hundreds/thousands of clients while supervising different teams in the Philippines, Mexico and United States. I love to help people and that's what I am passionate about. My strength is my ability to truly understand what the client wants and I pride myself on engaging and helping them the best way I can.
