Profile Description

I have a total of 10 years of work experience in the call center industry. I've held significant positions like Resolution Specialist, Subject Matter Expert, and Billing and Sales Specialist (AT&T, DELL, and Verizon accounts). 

I also have 5yrs of work experience as a Virtual Assistant with different roles and responsibilities for various campaigns (REAL ESTATE / SOLAR / DIGITAL MEDIA), specializing in database management, appointment setting, skip tracing, email management, calendar management, nurturing leads and converting them into sales. I am knowledgeable in using different platforms like Follow-Up Boss, Propstream, RedX, Zbuyer, Homelight, Salesforce, and dialers like Ring Central, Vonage, Smartphone, Calltools, ReadyMode, etc.

I am also a Graphic Artist with 3yrs of experience in graphic design. My goal is to provide a diverse range of graphic design services, including eye-catching ads, promotional materials, web design, mobile app development, store layout, and interior design, all aimed at grabbing attention for your products and services. I can use many design applications like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, In Design, Sketchup, Lumion, Enscape & Vray.
