Having worked for ten years in the BPO industry, as a Marketing Manager for almost two years, and Social Media Manager for more than a year, as well as four years as a freelance Graphic Artist, I have gained valuable experience and numerous skills. I have skills as a virtual Assistant lead generation, campaign handling, and graphic design. Using platforms like GoHighLevel and Hootsuite, I create and deploy automated SMS and email campaigns, including content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and email. With knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, as well as more accessible user platforms such as Canva, Crello, and Wix, I give you visually appealing and effective marketing materials.

My business role was Marketing Manager, where I created and executed marketing campaigns to promote products and services. This was everything from market research to strategy, execution of advertising and promotions, and performance analysis to maximize ROI. I worked with sales, and product development teams to ensure messaging alignment and reach the business goals.
I was a Social Media Manager for US-based IT, solar, and real estate companies for almost two years, where I designed and executed social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. This entails content creation, scheduling with Hootsuite, social media trends monitoring, follower engagement, performance metrics analysis, and campaign effectiveness reporting.
My extensive background in graphic design as a freelancer has honed my ability to create visual concepts that communicate effectively and captivate audiences. I've designed layouts for various media, including websites, brochures, logos, advertisements, and social media graphics, often collaborating with clients and marketing teams to ensure projects meet their specific needs and brand guidelines.
