Profile Description

I have worked in the UAE and here in the Philippines in various positions. Most of which I considered mixed sales accounts.

Currently working for a Social Media Marketing Company as an Onboarding Specialist. 

I recently worked for a B2B Cold Calling company. I started as a cold caller and then was promoted to a cold caller trainer for the company. During my tenure, I greatly improved my skills.
For starters, my job in restaurant reservations allowed me to be exposed to different nationalities. With that being said I was able to adjust my upselling skills to best fit my caller. Furthermore, my work experiences, working with HCSC (health care provider in the USA), allowed me to be more proactive in learning more about the products we cater to. A great example would be a simple health plan information Upgrade to see actual infoing my time to go through our "database" of general information, I can thoroughly and correctly provide the answers to their concerns.
