I have been in the outsourcing industry for 13 years already. I have a lot of experience with Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify, Etsy, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Helpscout, Mercari, Rakuten, NewEgg and I understand the E-commerce business very well.
For my customer service background, I worked as an Advanced Customer Service Representative for a satellite TV provider account in the US. I had intensive training and background that molded me into an Expert in taking care of customers. I always make sure I go the extra mile, even if it requires me to work during weekends. I was even promoted from a regular CSR to a supervisor until I became a manager.
